Our experienced recruiters have in-depth understanding of relevant technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, industry verticals, typical use cases, etc. By carefully analyzing various requirements in JD and mapping them to the key technologies and required experience, we ensure high candidate proposal to selection ratio.

We understand that cultural alignment is at least as important as technical alignment of a new entrant to an existing team/ organization. We thoroughly know our clients and are able to map the speed, rigour, urgency, soft skills and several other parameters required by them with the candidates that we shortlist.

Depending on the client requirement, we can provide matching candidates within 2-3 days of getting the requirements. Because of our huge database and existing relationship with potential candidates, we may be able to align interviews within a week and final onboarding within 3-4 weeks of initial requirement discussion.

We focus on high quality technical and non-technical matching, even when requirements are not detailed. We help clients prepare detailed JDs, target to a high selection ratio and make the entire requirement to on-boarding process completely hassle-free. This has resulted in high client repetition ratios.

We focus on long-term relationship. Hence, if the candidate does not continue for a reasonable time, we help clients with matching replacement, generally without any additional cost.
